Presentation is everything when it comes to publishing your book. I will transform your manuscript into a beautifully formatted ebook and print book that works and displays perfectly across all platforms using Vellum ebook formatting software.

How It Works

​

1. Email me at sonyabateman.author@gmail.com, and I will send you a brief formatting questionnaire to find out what styles you'd like to use for your book, as well as sizing information for your print version if you plan to publish your book in print.

2. Send me the completed questionnaire and your manuscript in .doc or .docx format. At this time, I will send you an invoice for the service.

3. Once the invoice is paid, I will format your book using your requested styles and send you formatted .mobi (Kindle), epub (standard ebook format), and PDF (print) files, ready to upload to the platform(s) of your choice.

Turnaround times for ebook formatting are typically same-day or next-day service.

*Many non-fiction books require specialized formatting. If you have a non-fiction book that doesn't include images, charts, callout boxes, endnotes / footnotes, or specialized chapter headings, I may be able to provide formatting. Please contact me with any questions.
